Route Description

Start Fulpmes village edge (around 937 m): From the town center to the marked hiking path towards the Burgstall. The first meters lead through residential area, then into the forest.

Forest passages (around 1,100–1,600 m): Well-built path through a coniferous forest, constantly ascending. No technical terrain, but constant elevation gain.

Alpine meadow (around 1,800–2,200 m): The forest opens up. Free alpine meadows, wide views, the peak becomes visible.

Hoher Burgstall (2,611 m): Summit cross and panorama – view over the entire lower Stubaital valley and out to the Inntal valley.

Return Path

Same path back to Fulpmes. Variant: Descent to Telfes over the ridge (somewhat longer, nice variation).
